Please send all of your pet's previous medical records at least 48 hours prior to your visit.  Please also include any ER visits and visits with specialists.  This will help us to get a full picture of your pet's history.

Please have treats, blankets, toys and anything else that brings your pet comfort, with you.  We want their experience to be as comfortable and positive as possible!

Expect your first visit with Dr.Gardner to be longer than a routine health care visit.  If you think that your pet will require an extended period of time- for discussion or adjustment- please let us know.  We are happy to accommodate for everyone to feel their best!
